Library Plan
Goulburn Valley Libraries has prepared a Draft Library Plan for 2025 and 2026 in line with our Vision, Mission and Values.
Any person may submit feedback on the Draft, as per section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989.
Submissions will be considered by the Board and are to be received by no later than 8am on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Goulburn Valley Libraries, PO Box 632, Shepparton 3632; delivered to 79 Benalla Road, Shepparton; or via email to gvlibraries@gvlibraries.com.au.
